Incoming students are accepted as contributing members of the student body and are expected to use their talents. Students are accepted if we feel we can, in good conscience, contribute to their development.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Application Process
1. Prospective applicant completes application.
2. Prospective applicant’s parents/guardian complete records request form and give it to
applicant’s current school. The school completes all necessary paperwork and mails/faxes to
York Catholic.
3. Prospective applicant takes placement test.
4. Once all paperwork is returned and placement tests are taken, Miss Hoffman will contact
parents/guardian and prospective applicant to schedule an interview. This interview includes the
prospective applicant and at least one parent.
5. Decision letters inviting prospective applicant’s to register are sent approximately 2 weeks after
the interview beginning March 15.
Registration Process
1. Return the completed paperwork from the registration packet and the registration fee to:

2. Make check payable to York Catholic High School. The $100 deposit and $43 SMART fee can be
combined into one check. These fees are non-refundable.
Please Note: All classes are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The timeliness
of completing the Overall process may determine the availability of classes.
3. New students are required to attend an orientation before starting school. Orientation dates
will be include in the registration packet.
